Rockstar is recruiting an Engagement Manager for an anonymized clean energy finance company whose PWA compliance software helps renewable energy developers meet prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements and unlock clean energy tax credits. The role is a highly customer-facing and technical leadership position responsible for advising customers on compliance, managing key accounts and a high-performing team, overseeing audited reports, developing scalable data processes, partnering with product and engineering, and supporting customer retention and growth. The posting requires 7+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growth environment or leading tax, accounting, legal, or consulting firm, along with strong communication, technical tax/accounting understanding, customer relationship management, strategic process design, and project management.
