Amazon Web Services Professional Services is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud migration and implementation projects for AWS-based solutions. The role combines technical expertise with program and project management, translating customer business requirements into technical solutions, managing risks and trade-offs, coordinating engineering and customer stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion. Candidates need substantial experience leading IT projects and programs, program management experience, Agile or Scrum experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and customer-facing IT consulting or transformation experience. The position is available in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal, with a base salary of CAD 99,900–166,900 annually and medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and AD&D insurance benefits.
