Hyro is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead the post-sale lifecycle, enterprise implementation, deployment, and ongoing account success of its HIPAA-compliant AI agents for healthcare organizations. The role manages complex projects from kickoff through live deployment, serves as the primary client contact, monitors account health, coordinates with Account Managers and technical teams, and translates technical capabilities into business outcomes. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the New York City office, with a stated annual OTE of $110,000–$135,000 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
