Metaview is hiring an Engagement Manager to partner with customers on adopting AI in hiring workflows. The role builds strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, guides organizations through change management, onboarding, adoption, and expansion, drives retention and expansion, synthesizes customer insights to shape product and sales strategy, and serves as an AI thought partner. Candidates should have at least four years of consulting, customer-facing, or strategy experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience influencing executives and operators. The position follows a hybrid three-days-per-week policy from the San Francisco office.
