Storable is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead complex custom software implementations and professional services projects for strategic marine and waterfront customers. The role orchestrates project delivery from scoping through launch and stabilization, serves as the executive-level client contact, partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Legal, manages budgets and project financials, and uses AI-powered tools to improve delivery and client outcomes. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of progressive professional services, engagement management, or senior project management experience in a SaaS organization, and expertise in SDLC, Agile, cross-functional leadership, executive communication, financial management, and Statements of Work. The position is fully distributed, requires authorization to work in the United States, and offers a potential pay range of $145,000 to $165,000 USD.
