Description
Redwood Software is seeking Engagement Managers to lead and manage successful engagements for new and existing customers. This role involves close collaboration with sales to support the pipeline, developing statements of work, creating detailed project plans, communicating milestones, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completions. Engagement Managers will also liaise with executives, predict resource needs, respond to customer inquiries, identify project improvements, and contribute to optimizing processes using AI.
