EliseAI is hiring an Engagement Lead to found and scale the accounting function for its future platforms, owning accounting implementations across multiple clients from deployment through post-launch stabilization. The role partners with Controllers, CFOs, and finance teams to scope workflows, configure accounting systems, manage data and migrations, validate financial data, train users, and build scalable implementation playbooks. Candidates should have accounting or finance experience, complex client-facing implementation experience, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to work in person at the office four to five days per week.
