Description
Veeva is hiring an Engagement Manager for its Quality Practice to lead complex, large-scale, global consulting engagements for Life Sciences customers. The role owns end-to-end delivery, senior customer relationships, proposals, account strategy, teams of four or more consultants, budgets exceeding $1 million, and project health. It requires at least eight years of Life Sciences consulting experience, proven management of large teams and engagements, expertise in quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and the broader Life Sciences industry, and a bachelor’s degree or higher. The position is remote in Germany and offers total compensation of 85,000–170,000 EUR, with work-from-home or office flexibility.
