Description
Cresta is hiring its first Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end scoping, pricing, and selling of professional services for its core platform and AI Agent products. The role will scope AI Agent deployments and platform services, drive services attach and bookings, partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Product, and build repeatable processes, templates, and pricing logic. Candidates should have 4–10 years of professional services experience, including at least 2 years scoping and selling services engagements, with technical fluency and enterprise customer experience; conversational AI or contact-center AI experience is preferred.
