Description
The Engagement Specialist provides outreach and engagement services for the Outpatient Competency Restoration Program, including court and community outreach, client assessment, transportation support, coordination with forensic navigators and legal-system partners, and facilitation of treatment modules addressing courtroom knowledge, symptom management, coping skills, and communication. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a social field, a Washington State agency-affiliated counselor credential, a current unencumbered driver license, car insurance, and strong communication and attendance skills. The position pays $19.40–$20.44 per hour depending on experience and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
