Description
The Engagement Supervisor leads Family Engagement Specialists and Youth Engagement Specialists, manages unit operations and case management, supervises and develops staff, coordinates with child welfare and community systems, documents cases, and supports child safety, permanency, and well-being. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, three years of relevant child welfare experience, valid Texas driver’s license and insurance, and multiple clearances, with frequent travel in and out of Texas and a non-traditional schedule.
