Description
A BTS is hiring an Engenheiro(a) de Projetos to develop and manage the engineering projects for its real estate developments, coordinating project designers, consultants, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders from initial studies through As Built delivery. The role oversees project schedules, technical compatibility, feasibility, quality, deadlines, BIM implementation, construction-site visits, and engineering process improvements. Candidates need a completed Civil Engineering degree, an active CREA registration, project development and coordination experience, project-planning knowledge, technical analysis skills, and familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or document-management platforms.
