Description
A BTS is hiring an Engenheiro(a) de Projetos to develop and manage the engineering projects of its real estate developments. The role coordinates project designers, consultants, and engineering firms; defines technical scopes; manages project schedules; interfaces with engineering, construction, development, clients, and other stakeholders; oversees technical studies and the handoff to construction; supports BIM and project-management tools; and coordinates As-Built delivery. The position requires a completed Civil Engineering degree, an active CREA registration, and experience coordinating engineering projects and managing project designers, consultants, and engineering firms.
