Description
Cosworth is hiring Engine Build Technicians to build and rebuild high-performance engine assemblies for projects such as the Aston Martin Valkyrie, Gordon Murray T.50, Bugatti Tourbillon, and Red Bull RB17. The role includes inspecting and measuring components, stripping and reassembling engines, performing pre- and post-dyno inspections, maintaining build records, reporting faults, supporting customer requirements, and training team members. Candidates must have previous engine build experience, strong manual dexterity, teamwork and communication skills, and flexibility for tight deadlines and occasional unsocial or overtime work; an NVQ L2-L3 Mechanical Engineering, BTEC, ONC, or higher relevant engineering qualification is preferred.
