Description
The Engine Control Systems Engineer will design, develop, validate, and test electro-mechanical and mechatronic control systems for large power engines, optimizing performance and emissions. The role involves refining system requirements, developing control algorithms through simulation and on-engine testing, analyzing data, documenting results, and presenting recommendations. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical/electronics engineering and professional experience with dynamic feedback control applied to spark-ignited engine control systems; a master's degree and broader engine-control experience are preferred.
