IAV Automotive Engineering Inc is seeking an Engine Dyno Calibration Development Engineer to support base engine calibration work onsite in the Metro Detroit area. The role focuses on developing, validating, optimizing, and releasing production engine calibrations while supporting continuous engine dynamometer operations, with cross-functional coordination across calibration, controls, software, hardware, test automation, and laboratory operations teams. The position requires at least 5 years of engine dynamometer calibration development experience, strong knowledge of gasoline powertrains and emissions systems, proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and DoE, and the ability to manage test cell operations in a 3-shift environment.
