Description
Ford Motor Company is hiring a 6 Cylinder Engine Propulsion Manager to lead the design, engineering, release, and integration of 6-cylinder engine architectures for Ford Blue. The role oversees engine, air induction, and exhaust systems; manages a department of approximately 40 engineers; drives global program delivery, durability, manufacturing readiness, cost improvement, sourcing, and lifecycle management; and requires expertise in internal combustion engine design, FMEA, verification, and team leadership. This is a Level 4 leadership position with onsite work of up to three days per week for candidates near a Ford hub, and visa sponsorship is not available.
