Description
Segers Aero Corporation is hiring an Engine Mechanic in Fairhope, Alabama to perform maintenance on aircraft engines, accessories, and components. The role requires aircraft maintenance documentation, safe operation of overhead cranes and forklifts, FOD inspections, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, and ITAR/EAR requirements. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess at least two years of professional aviation, mechanical, industrial, or maintenance experience or completion of aviation school; an A&P license, FAA Power Plant Rating, or Repairman Certificate is preferred. The position follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
