Description
Mercedes-Benz Group AG is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer specializing in Engine Periphery parts such as intake/charging systems, ventilation systems, and cooling systems. This role involves global RD ownership of mass-produced 4-cylinder engines, new part development for China's leading projects, and ensuring timely delivery of joint venture localization engine projects. Key responsibilities include technical/cost benchmarking, concept evaluation, architecture design, component layout, and detailed engineering design. The engineer will also formulate test specifications, analyze results, resolve quality issues, collaborate across departments, and maintain accurate documentation.
