Description
Mustang Cat is hiring a Technical Communicator to provide technical assistance to its dealership, customers, service technicians, and sales and parts departments. The role supports troubleshooting, failure analysis, rebuild and machining work, technical communications with Caterpillar engineers, and coordination across service, field service, marine, EPG, and other departments. Candidates need a college degree in Diesel Technology, Ag Mechanization, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with knowledge of internal combustion engines, schematics, precision measuring equipment, dyno testing, and CAT or Mustang data and service systems.
