Description
Boom is hiring an Engine Test Program Manager to architect and lead the test program for its first aero engine, from assembled hardware through first fire and back-to-back development campaigns. The role will build and lead the test organization, establish instrumentation, procedures, acceptance criteria, safety processes, and testing standards, develop control-room qualifications, and make high-stakes decisions under schedule and safety pressure. The position requires at least 10 years of test experience, large-scale testing leadership, principal authorship of a major test campaign, and direct management of medium- or large-sized teams. Compensation is $153,000–$205,000 per year, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the search ends.
