INNIO Group is hiring an Engine Test Technician – Electrical to support the startup of a new Jenbacher engine test facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role involves preparing gas engines and test-cell equipment, inspecting electrical systems, connecting engines to controls and instrumentation, loading test software, supporting engine startups, monitoring performance and alarms, troubleshooting electrical and controls issues, and documenting test results. The position requires hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, controls, automation, engines, generators, or similar machinery, along with the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic equipment. It is a first-shift, Monday-through-Friday role with potential for second-shift opportunities, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
