INNIO Group is hiring an Engine Test Technician – Mechanical to prepare, rig, test, troubleshoot, repair, and de-rig Jenbacher gas engines and power units at its Waukesha test facility. The role involves connecting mechanical systems, monitoring engine conditions, supporting functional and acceptance testing, documenting results, and helping establish standardized testing procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on mechanical experience, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with engines, piping, cooling, lubrication, fuel, and exhaust systems. The position is first shift Monday through Friday, with potential second-shift opportunities, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
