PMI is seeking an Engineer to join their Operations team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with environmental, hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards, as well as adherence to quality management system requirements for material and product quality. They will also support the production schedule, perform equipment maintenance, and implement process improvements to eliminate waste and optimize resource usage. This role involves rotating shifts due to the continuous operation of the factory.
