Description
LanceSoft is hiring an Engineer 1 for a three-year, first-shift hybrid assignment paying $30-$32 per hour on W2. The role designs pressure improvement, meter and regulator set, distribution-system, and work-order designs; evaluates records for uprating; supports field and construction operations; and manages permitting, approvals, and construction status. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field from an ABET-accredited institution and 0-2 years of civil or utilities design experience; AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil3D knowledge is preferred. The schedule is Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote, with occasional overnight travel and work at various job sites.
