Description
Chubb is seeking a senior data engineering leader to serve as the technical authority for its data transformation in Australia and New Zealand. The role will establish AI-ready data architecture, modernize data engineering frameworks, define data platform architecture, lead large-scale data products, connect business needs with a distributed engineering team, and guide and mentor engineers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in a large corporate environment, 3+ years of technical leadership or data architecture experience, and expertise in SQL, Python, AI-ready data products, data modelling, MLOps, DataOps, modern BI tools, and data and AI governance.
