Description
The Process Engineer will improve and troubleshoot mechanical manufacturing processes such as printing, slicing, dicing, and TAN processes; develop, qualify, operate, and support equipment and new materials or products; monitor process parameters; coach and train production teams; manage corrective actions and supplier relationships; and support special projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronic, or related engineering and at least two years of relevant machining experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in mechanical parts or semiconductor manufacturing.
