Description
This role focuses on improving mechanical processes like printing, slicing, dicing, and TAN Process. The individual will directly involve in developing and qualifying equipment for making elements and ceramics, collaborating with design teams, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical expertise for special projects. They will monitor process parameters, coach team members, manage consumables, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and experts. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, along with 2+ years of relevant experience in machining processes, preferably in mechanical parts or semiconductor manufacturing.
