Description
The role manages and optimizes coating and thin-film manufacturing processes, providing hands-on engineering support and troubleshooting for equipment and production. Responsibilities include process analysis using SPC, P-FMEA, statistical methods, and root-cause analysis; process documentation; qualification and production trials; continuous improvement; alternative materials and tooling development; NPI and new-process development; jigs and fixtures design; operator and technician training; and cross-functional issue resolution. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, at least two years of manufacturing or process-engineering experience, and knowledge of thin-film or optical-coating processes, statistical methods, and CAD tools. It is based in Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam, with a 40-hour workweek and shuttle buses provided.
