Inteldot is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a leading client in Puerto Rico to support 7/24 non-standard shift operations, including extended hours and weekends. The role troubleshoots manufacturing processes and equipment, applies engineering principles to process optimization and system modifications, conducts root-cause investigations and CAPA management, supports validation and quality systems, and presents results for operational issues. Candidates need GMP experience, bilingual Spanish and English communication, statistical analysis and Design of Experiments expertise, and a master's or bachelor's degree in engineering with two years of engineering experience.
