Carnival Corporation is hiring an AI Security Engineer to secure AI, GenAI, model, and agentic workloads across its global brands. The role focuses on AI security posture management, model and pipeline validation, inference-layer guardrails, PHI/PII and identity controls, AWS and Azure security, Python automation, and NIST AI RMF-aligned tooling. It is an in-office position requiring employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays, with candidates located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
