Description
The role is responsible for manufacturing processes and methods, coordinating production-line launches, developing process documentation, supporting design and drawing reviews, leading equipment sampling and product launches, troubleshooting injection-molding, welding, assembly, and testing issues, and managing plant capacity and capital expenditure. It also supports supplier selection and process-equipment sourcing while maintaining compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949. The posting requires a technical apprenticeship or comparable education, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, production and program scheduling understanding, risk-management and FMEA knowledge, flow-charting ability, and primary-language proficiency; English skills are beneficial.
