The role involves analyzing operational data, designing and optimizing facilities, conducting audits and master planning studies, evaluating processes and layouts, applying Lean principles, building data models, presenting recommendations, and supporting cost and capital planning. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, supply chain, operations, or related discipline, strong analytical and communication skills, and attention to detail; internship, Lean Six Sigma, data, and technology experience are preferred.
