Description
The Application Engineer provides presale and post-sale engineering support to customers and sales representatives, owns customer application issues, oversees field testing, provides on-site troubleshooting, delivers technical presentations, supports account sales and product expansion, and collaborates with Habasit Group’s knowledge, research, and product management teams. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, 10 years of industrial experience, at least 3 years in a customer-facing role, mechanical design and troubleshooting experience, and 20% travel.
