Cboe Global Markets is hiring an Application Security Engineer in Chicago to partner with application and platform engineering teams on secure containerized services running on Kubernetes. The role covers secure design reviews, threat modeling, code-level security reviews, CI/CD security tooling, container and Kubernetes security, vulnerability triage, and incident response support. Candidates should have at least two years of software engineering, application security, or related experience, a bachelor's degree, hands-on software development experience, Docker/OCI container knowledge, Kubernetes familiarity, backend programming proficiency, and exposure to application security tooling. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and offers a base salary of $102,850-$133,100 for US locations.
