Description
Statkraft is hiring an Engineer, Applications & Infrastructure Operations for its 24/7 Operation Center in Oslo, Norway. The role monitors and supports global IT infrastructure and business-critical applications, responds to alerts and incidents, performs first- and second-line troubleshooting and service recovery, escalates issues, and contributes to operational excellence. It follows a rotating three-shift schedule and requires at least two years of Level 2 IT support, operations, or similar technical support experience, along with hands-on experience with Windows, network infrastructure, printers, and video conferencing solutions.
