John Crane, a global leader in rotating equipment solutions, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to provide technical support to customers. This role involves planning and conducting customer visits, reviewing applications, performing field data collection, preparing drawings, coordinating with regional engineering, managing GPN/BOM updates, and supervising equipment installation and commissioning. The engineer will also deliver technical training, conduct inspections and diagnostics, manage warranty follow-ups, and support key account strategies.
