Description
The Engineer Apprentice supports experienced engineers with maintenance, repair, adjustments, and fabrication or installation work for hotel building systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, energy management, boilers, machine rooms, air handling units, and chilled and condenser water plant systems. The role also provides general facilities maintenance, responds to customer inquiries, communicates work-order and project status, and operates facilities safely under the supervision of a licensed engineer. Applicants must be enrolled in the IUOE Local 399 Engineer Apprenticeship program, work rotating hotel shifts, and demonstrate communication, reliability, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
