Description
The Engineer Apprentice supports experienced engineers with maintenance, repair, adjustments, and fabrication or installation work for hotel building systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, energy management, boilers, machine rooms, air handling units, and chilled and condenser water plant systems. The role also provides general facilities maintenance, responds to customer inquiries, communicates work-order and project status, and operates facilities safely under the supervision of a licensed engineer. The position requires membership and enrollment in the IUOE Local 399 Engineer Apprenticeship program, rotating-shift availability, and strong communication and teamwork skills; it pays $18.25 per hour and offers employee benefit card discounts and learning programs.
