Description
Micron is hiring an Operations Engineer to support technology development and engineering build activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role coordinates build schedules, milestones, materials, logistics, and resources; tracks project progress and deliverables; supports wafer movement, kitting, build execution, shipments, receiving, and sample submissions; maintains documentation; and participates in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. The position also encourages responsible use of AI-assisted tools and process improvements. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required, while semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, process engineering, operations, project management, data analysis, enterprise systems, and data visualization or automation experience are advantageous.
