The Civil Engineer performs professional civil engineering work for capital projects, plan review, infrastructure construction, and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include project analysis and design, engineering studies, CAD plan development, cost estimating, technical support during construction, and coordination with owners, contractors, agencies, and the public.
