First Solar is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to sustain and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment, support process qualification and metrology, conduct experiments and data analysis, and improve production operations. The role collaborates with operations, maintenance, engineering, suppliers, and other associates; may require second-shift or compressed work-week hours; and reports to the Engineering Manager. Candidates need an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with the stated experience requirements, or a master’s degree without prior work experience.
