Description
The Building Engineer performs routine maintenance and repair work on facility structures, equipment, and grounds, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture assembly, emergency response, inspections, work-order management, and safety compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, commercial, industrial, or healthcare maintenance experience, computer data-entry ability, and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and general maintenance.
