Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Junior Project Engineer / Project Engineer to support commercial real estate development projects from design through construction and close-out. The role coordinates architects, civil engineers, and consultants; supports entitlement, permitting, and utility applications; reviews drawings and project documents; assists with submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and schedules; performs site walks; and maintains project logs, budgets, and close-out documentation. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is required, while internships or construction-related experience are preferred. The position offers a salary of $62,000–$78,000 per year, along with health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and bonus eligibility.
