Description
Breaking Ground is hiring an Engineer to report to the Maintenance Supervisor and maintain common areas and apartments in its residential buildings. The role performs routine and preventative maintenance, completes regular and emergency electrical and plumbing repairs, logs work orders, and assists painters and housekeepers when assigned. It requires three years of comparable work experience, a high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, power-tool operation, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position has a 35-hour work week.
