Description
Breaking Ground is hiring an Engineer for its Sutphin Residence in Jamaica, Queens. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Engineer performs routine and preventative maintenance, completes regular and emergency electrical and plumbing repairs, maintains work orders, and assists painters and housekeepers. The position requires three years of comparable work experience, a high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, power-tool operation, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The role is part-time with a 35-hour work week.
