Stadium is seeking passionate and motivated engineers to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and scaling large Ruby on Rails applications throughout the entire product lifecycle, including system design, development, deployment, and performance optimization. This role involves debugging, continuous improvement of development efficiency, solving complex technical problems, deploying multi-tier web applications, client collaboration, and refining internal engineering processes.
