Description
The Civil Engineer performs professional civil engineering work for capital projects, plan review, infrastructure construction, and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include engineering analysis and design, CAD drafting, programming assessments, construction support, coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and agencies, site-development and environmental reviews, permitting, cost estimating, and bid-phase technical assistance. The role may provide limited direction to engineering and drafting technicians and requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, two years of civil engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
