Description
The role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting machinery, responding to breakdowns, monitoring preventative maintenance, planning spare parts and stock, overseeing junior engineering and technical staff, maintaining records, and improving work procedures. It requires an engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, six years of relevant experience in catering, facilities, or project management, knowledge of engineering legislation, quality and safety systems, and team-management experience.
