Expleo is seeking a highly experienced engineer with over 10 years of experience in the automotive or high-tech product industry to lead end-to-end Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) releases, documentation management, and after-sales readiness. The role involves ensuring tool availability, supporting quality improvement initiatives, tracking repair costs, managing warranties, and conducting dealer/training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills, along with fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch.
